| Hourly wage/treatment | Salary: 230,000 to 300,000 yen or more per month *Determined according to our regulations after considering ability and experience. (There is a trial period of 3 months) Holidays/vacations: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays Employment form: Contract employee for 3 years, then full-time employee promotion system available Treatment/Benefits: Full payment of transportation expenses, full social insurance, bonuses (twice a year, depending on performance, for second year onwards), Employee trip (for 2nd year onwards), retirement allowance system (for 4th year onwards) Paid vacation system according to years of service |
