We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.I sincerely apologize for the inappropriate posts I made on my personal SNS (X) account, which lacked consideration for a particular country and religion, causing discomfort and considerable concern to many people.
Following internal discussions and agreement at the Board of Directors meeting, I hereby clarify my own responsibilities and announce the company's basic policy and response as follows.
1. Our basic philosophy and stance on human rights

Co., Ltd., and the live music venues, restaurants, and affiliated artists we operate, will not tolerate any prejudice or discriminatory behavior based on race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other basis. Our fundamental business philosophy is to respect all cultures and diverse values and to provide an environment where everyone can enjoy music and entertainment with peace of mind.2. Recognition and responsibility regarding the post in question
I deeply regret that my recent comments on my personal social media account were extremely thoughtless and inappropriate, as they contradicted the company's stated principles and basic policies. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, I have promptly deleted the post in question, taking full responsibility for its accuracy.Following the posting of this matter, I received harsh criticism from within the company from our affiliated artists and on-site staff regarding my remarks. In response to the protests from these individuals who sincerely engage with diversity in the field of creative expression, I am deeply ashamed and seriously reflecting on my lack of awareness as a top executive and the significant betrayal of the trust I have earned from those on the ground.
I take full responsibility for this matter personally, and neither the affiliated artists, who work diligently every day, nor the employees and staff on site are involved in or responsible for it in any way. I kindly ask that you refrain from direct criticism or inquiries.
3. Thorough implementation of future management systems and measures to prevent recurrence.
Our Board of Directors has issued a stern warning to Representative Director Hidemasa Otani, and going forward, we will provide training and guidance to all officers and employees, including the Representative Director, to improve their awareness of human rights and ensure compliance regarding SNS operations, and to disseminate information appropriately.Once again, I sincerely apologize to everyone who was offended by my thoughtless words and actions, to our regular customers who use our stores, to our supporters of our affiliated artists, and to all those involved. We will make every effort to regain your trust as a company.
