In 2016, we welcome Middle Eastern food researcher Mr. Salaam Kaikai as the author, and we will publish a Japanese "first" all-color "Pan Middle Eastern cuisine recipe book" that has never been seen before.

There has never been a book in Japan that included a wide range of recipes.

For publication, we formed a creative team of recipe book editors, photographers, and stylists.
I want to deliver the highest quality to everyone's hands, and I will launch this project.
