A photo exhibition will be held at Café Bohemia, a popular gypsy club with a spacious open terrace reminiscent of a Middle Eastern resort in Shibuya.

There are 35 photographs on display.
Mr. Salaam Maritime, who has traveled to Middle Eastern countries such as Turkey, Morocco, Lebanon, and Israel for nearly 30 years and continues fieldwork on local cuisine and music,
Selected food photos from his first full-color pan-Middle Eastern recipe book in Japanese, "MEYHANE TABLE ~Middle Eastern Food Party at Home Meihane~" will be on display.

During the exhibition period, we will provide relaxing items unique to the Middle East, water pipes "Shisha",
Mainly appetizers called meze, 4 refreshing and healthy Middle Eastern dishes unique to summer will also be offered for a limited time.

Show performances by belly dancers are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 21:00 and 22:00.
We are also planning an event where you can experience as if you were on a trip abroad.

Homosu (with Baguette) (Lebanon)
A traditional dish eaten in a wide area of the Middle East, made by mixing boiled chickpeas with sesame paste and olive oil to form a paste.

Middle Eastern food researcher/writer/DJ. He regularly travels to the Middle East and India and continues fieldwork on the local cuisine, music, and scenery. In addition to writing manuscripts, his activities include Middle Eastern cuisine workshops called "Business trip Meihane",
A wide range of activities such as radio and club DJs, lectures at open colleges and universities. In charge of the DJ for NHK-FM "Music Sightseeing Flight Exotic Cruise".

■ Megumi Sakurai Profile
Studied under food photographer Yoshikatsu Saeki. Independent in 2008. Currently active in advertising and magazines.
