LD&K Co., Ltd. (18-4 Udagawa-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Hidemasa Otani) opened Yokohama "1000CLUB" in August and Fukuoka "Himitsu" in November.
Shimokitazawa Shangri-La, which will be the third store to open during the corona crisis, will open in December this year on the site of the former Shimokitazawa GARDEN.
It will be the 8th live house for LD&K, and will be the 15th anniversary project of the existing Osaka live house "Umeda Shangri-La".

With a business area of about 120 tsubo and a capacity of 600 people, it will be the largest live house in Shimokitazawa.
Plans are in place to coordinate tours with LD&K's existing store, Osaka Umeda Shangri-La (capacity: 400 people).
Mr. LD&K Kawasaki is in charge of the manager of "Chelsea Hotel", "Star Lounge", "Club Malcolm" and "1000 CLUB".

I've been called "Fundoshi Sensei", but next time I'll do the biggest box in Shimokitazawa so as not to be ashamed of the name.
The site of the former garden will be opened at the end of this year as "Shimokitazawa Shangri-La".
It will be the 15th anniversary project of "Umeda Shangri-la" in Osaka and will be a sister store.
