LD&K Music Division announces organizational restructuring and new personnel changes effective September 1st. The division will be structured into three divisions to improve the efficiency of label management operations and optimize and speed up decision-making.

Next year, LD&K will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the label's founding.
We respond to the ever-changing trends and changes, and make flexible and swift decisions while respecting artists.
In order to operate the label management in a fair and honest manner, we have formulated a statement to prevent harassment.
The company announced the following organizational changes and personnel changes:

The organization will be reorganized into three headquarters: Music Management Headquarters, A&R Management Headquarters, and Marketing Headquarters, with each head responsible for overseeing their own headquarters.

▪️About Headquarters
・A new "Music Management Headquarters" will be established.
Under my supervision are human resources, general affairs, business planning (income and expenditure management), accounting, contracts and licenses, copyright management, progress logistics management, royalty management,
Deploy system management functions.
・A new "A&R Management Headquarters" will be established.
New A&R Management Departments 1 to 4 will be established under this department.
・Establish a new "Marketing Headquarters."
The Sales Promotion Department and Media Relations Department will be placed under its jurisdiction.

About the Club
・Establish new A&R Management Departments 1-4.
The company plans and produces recordings, music videos, live performances, and MDs for its artists.
Additionally, a social media marketing officer will be assigned to the A&R Management Headquarters to ensure the rapid dissemination of content.
・Sales Department will be renamed Sales Promotion Department and placed under Marketing Headquarters.
The company provides efficient physical and digital promotion and marketing for its artists and music distributed under contract.
・The Publicity Department will be renamed the Media Relations Department and placed under the Marketing Headquarters.
The company promotes the songs of its artists and those distributed under contract to the media, aiming to turn them into hits.
・Establish a new live production department.
