Kariyushi 58 to appear live on NHK's "Asaichi"!

Kariyushi 58 has been scheduled to appear live on NHK's "Asaichi" on Friday, May 9th.

He appeared live on the 9:00pm "Special Selection! Entertainment" corner, and in addition to studio talk,

A live performance is also planned.

In March of this year, the music video for Kariyushi 58's hit song "Amma" surpassed 100 million views.
Next year, 2026, will mark the 20th anniversary of their debut, so be sure to check them out.

[Kariyushi 58 profile]
A four-piece band formed in Okinawa in April 2005.
Their sound is a mix of Okinawan music, rock, and reggae, and their messages are conveyed through simple words, making them popular across generations.
She debuted in February 2006 with the mini-album "Koibito yo."
The song "Amma," which directly expresses gratitude to one's mother, resonated with many people and won the Newcomer Award at the Japan Cable Awards.
This year marks the 19th anniversary of their debut, and the band, born and raised in Okinawa, continues to sing their unique "shima uta" (island songs) to audiences all over the country.
