I didn't really think about the theme song for the movie.
The background for the end credits was going to be a black screen and just the morning school sound effects.
I didn't want the music to interfere with the afterglow of the story.
However, during the editing process, it was decided to include video instead of a black screen. In that case, it would be useless if I didn't include the theme song.
However, I strongly felt that I didn't want to destroy the world view of the movie by playing the song, and I didn't want to include it unless it was a song that amplifies the audience's lingering impression.
Originally, I knew about Satoshi Yuki.
The song had such a mercilessness that it grabbed the weakness that was hidden in the depths of one's heart and thrust it right in front of one's eyes.

It's been about two years since the coronavirus started, and I'm starting to wonder what the real problem is...
I came to feel man-made disasters, human fear and darkness.
I'm worried about people's eyes and public opinion due to the corona disaster, and there's an atmosphere where I shouldn't do what I can
I feel like the atmosphere is spreading even if you can't say you like what you like.
I don't know how far anyone is telling the truth,
I was fed up with the "society" where you have to doubt yourself, not "Corona".
No one can enter my heart and yours.
It is a song that was completed with irony and determination, and the image of the beginning of a new world and flow.

By expressing himself, he faces “living”, and works only as a singer-songwriter, armed with songs written with sharp phrases and messages that shake emotions for “living”, and live performances accompanied by productions that appeal to the five senses. In addition, he is deeply involved in illustration, painting, stage decoration, and music video production, and is active in multiple fields, such as self-producing projects that combine his own solo exhibitions and acoustic live performances.
In 2019, he made his major debut with the single "Birthday" on June 5, his 21st birthday. On August 7th, they released their major second single "Ichiro" and held a one-man live "Tsunagari no Kokoro" at Kinema Club (Tokyo) and Shangri-La (Osaka). Kariyushi 58's 4th solo release by Shingo Maekawa, the vocalist of Kariyushi 58, is celebrating its 15th anniversary as a band.
This work "Natsume" is a joint production with label mate Gagaga SP and guitarist Satoshi Yamamoto.
It seems that they were born while exchanging songs and lyrics as if they were sending letters while each other's bands could not work as expected due to the corona vortex.
A song that floats for a moment, combining a song arrangement with a solemn sound and lyrics that seem to be composed of a waka poem that captures the moment of summer.
This work, which has a different taste from each band color, is a special song that was born precisely because it was a collaboration.
