It was announced today that the Uchikubi Gokumon Doukoukai will be in charge of the theme song for the Netflix original anime series "Gokushufudo", which will be exclusively distributed worldwide from Thursday, April 8th.

Ono Kousuke's "The Way of the Househusband" has sold over 3.3 million copies of the entire comic (as of January 19), and last year it was made into a live-action drama, a work that attracted a lot of attention. This work, which is currently attracting the most attention in Japan, will be the long-awaited animation. The main character is a former mobster who was once feared as an "immortal dragon", but is now a full-time househusband. Ryu makes homemade lunches for his wife, Miku, who works from morning until night, and posts them on social media. In addition, a gag comedy depicting a homely daily life full of humor, contrary to the behavior of a former mobster, such as never forgetting to socialize with the neighborhood association.

The opening theme is "Shufu no Michi", which was written by the Uchikubi Gokumon Club, and the ending theme is "Kiwami Meoto Kaido".

Furthermore, it was announced that the single CD "Konna Band Namida Dadake Iin Deka" containing the two theme songs will be released on April 21st (Wednesday).
Prior to the release, two songs, "Shufu no Michi" and "Goku・Meoto Kaido", will be pre-delivered on April 8 (Thursday), when the anime distribution of "Gokushufudo" will start.
The single CD will contain a total of 4 songs, including the theme song for the anime "Sore ga Neck" that was broadcast on TV Tokyo last year.
One unreleased song will be announced soon, so let's pay attention to the follow-up report.
