Nisshoku Natsuko releases music video for 2014 song "Epigoune"
Nisshoku Natsuko, a piano-singing artist from Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, has released the music video for M4 "Epigoune" from her 3rd album "Kabidae" released in August 2014.
The composition of only piano and drums has strong lyrics that say, "If you can survive with passion alone, you're always a hero." A number that boasts a deep-rooted popularity from that time to the present. This time, after receiving a sudden love call from the producer, Ryuu Emizu, the production of the music video has been realized after about 7 years. It is a story-telling without any appearances by himself, and the finish is eerily shining with his unique taste, which is mainly active in movie production. I would like you to check out this work, which has an attractive force that even Japanese people are surprised and jealous.

First of all, I would like to thank Keisui-san and the "Epigoune" MV production team for creating such a wonderful video! A disturbing, nostalgic and beautiful image that keeps giving me goosebumps. I'm proud of "Epigoune" who can publicly crown this as a MV (I'm a little jealous).
I've sung this song hundreds of times already, but I never thought that it would transform into something like this after about 7 years since its release.
What is the young man trying to avenge? What is the meaning of "Epigoune" flowing behind it? I fell into the illusion that my song turned into a completely different appearance and turned the muzzle back. It's really creepy, it's really awesome.
I personally don't want an explanation or an answer to this video, which becomes more and more mysterious the more I watch it. I think that mystery is most beautiful and has a strong attraction when it remains a mystery and unidentified. If you are looking at this, I strongly recommend that you keep your mouth shut, take only the backbone and the original scenery, and walk into this swamp without borrowing anyone's words.
▼Comment from Ruo Megumi, CEO of emir heart Co., Ltd.
I am Ryusei Emi, the representative of emir heart Co., Ltd., who produced the music video for Natsuko Nisshoku's song "Epigoune".
When I first participated in Nisshoku Natsuko's Live, I was shocked, respected and happy to realize that she was a genius. When I saw the performance, I felt that it could not be achieved with ordinary efforts.
I also work in the field of expression, but no matter how hard I try, it's still not enough.
Among them, the song that stuck in my heart the most was "Epigoune".
There must be something that people who are aiming for something feel strongly about.
For me, it was a song that gave me the energy to face difficulties.
I had a strong desire to create a video for this song, and after meeting with the director and staff, I was forced to create this music video on my own.
By that time, the director and all the staff had become big fans of Nisshoku Natsuko.
We usually create and express movies.
Nisshoku Natsuko herself does not appear in this MV.
However, I think that it is finished in something that makes you feel its existence.
This MV is like a love letter from us.
