Group-wide sweets branding Udagawa Cafe Group operates 20 stores in the Shibuya area. Currently, we use the kitchen of "Udagawa Cafe 'suite'" as our central base and supply sweets to six other cafes. While faithfully carrying on classic menu items that have been loved for many years, such as cheesecake and gateau chocolat, We would like you to take on responsibilities such as developing new menu items and planning seasonal fairs. "I think people would be happy to receive a dessert like this." "I want to incorporate the current trends." We have an environment that makes it easy to turn such ideas into reality. The biggest appeal of this position is that you can not only make ready-made products, but also gain experience in building a sweets brand from scratch. In the future, we expect you to take on the role of "Head of Sweets," overseeing all of the sweets in the group. |
