The new song by Utsukubi Gokumon Doukoukai in collaboration with New Japan Pro-Wrestling has been chosen as the official BOSJ theme song!

Uchikubi Gokumon Doukoukai's new song "WAZA" has been chosen as the official theme song for "Sekichu Presents BEST OF THE SUPER Jr.32," New Japan Pro-Wrestling's annual big junior heavyweight event, which begins on Saturday, May 10th.

In addition, this song has been chosen as the fighting music for TV Asahi's "World Pro Wrestling" in June and July.

This song, written specifically for the tournament, is a unique and unprecedented pro-wrestling tribute song that is in keeping with Uchi-kubi-Gokumon-Doukoukai's long-standing connection to professional wrestling, with the names of numerous pro-wrestling moves shouted at the top of their lungs over a metal sound.

El Desperado, YOH, and Hiromu Takahashi, all members of New Japan Pro-Wrestling, participated in the recording of this work as guest chorus members. The voices of these famous wrestlers are added to the work, creating a finished product that seems to capture the excitement of being in the ring.

Be sure to check out the songs, which will have a strong impact and further heighten the excitement of the tournament.

[Utsukubigokumon Club Profile]

Formed in 2004. A three-piece band consisting of Atsushi Osawa (guitar/vocals), Asuka Kawamoto (drums/vocals), and junko (bass/vocals). A rare style with a male guitarist, a female rhythm section, and a mixed vocal ensemble with male and female vocalists taking turns singing. Musically, the sound is deep bass-oriented with 7-string guitars and 5-string basses, but the lyrics are full of everyday topics about food and health, creating a huge gap. Due to their unique stance, they call their music genre "loud rock for everyday life." They were also one of the first in the industry to use a VJ to display lyrics during live performances, and the VJ role is handled by an employee of their agency, which is also an unusual arrangement that enhances their unique style. They have firmly established their position as a unique band in every aspect.

Despite the band's name, their fan base is wide, with people of all ages and genders, and they have written songs for everything from sports drink commercials to anime theme songs and children's programs, and they have collaborated with everything from professional wrestlers to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, so they know exactly what they want. They are also very active as a live band, having toured numerous times and sold out the Nippon Budokan in 2018, and their 20th anniversary tour in 2024 was a huge success, attracting 10,000 people to the final show. They have become well-known as a regular band at famous festivals in Japan, and recently they have begun to expand overseas.

Natsuko Nisshoku will start digital pre-release of song 8 "i" from her new album, which will be released on Wednesday, May 14th!

Piano soloist Natsuko Nisshoku will release her fifth full album, Ginka (reading: Ginka), on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. The album will contain 12 tracks, and the eighth track, i (reading: Ai), was released on Wednesday, April 23 ahead of the release.

─List of "i" distribution services─
https://orcd.co/_i
A comfortable sense of resignation and a faintly burning ember in the heart. With Refeeld as the trackmaker, this song is addictive with its rhythmic yet melancholic vocals on a lo-fi track. Only "i" on this album is separate from the band sound, and the nostalgia that seeps out from the emotional melody quietly stirs the listener's heart. Its presence will also be felt prominently among the songs composed by the band.

Furthermore, "i" will not be performed at the "Unreleased Songs Tour "Area Mirai" to be held in early summer 2024, where the other songs from the album were debuted, and will be released for the first time with this advance digital release. Be sure to check out Natsuko Eclipse's latest song.

─ Comments from Natsuko Eclipse "i" ─
This song sits in a slightly different place from the band sound of the Eclipse CREW, which is symbolic of "Ginka". I borrowed the lo-fi sound of Refeeld, a track maker I've been listening to for a long time, to add a deeper sadness to the plain and somewhat monologue-like melody. I was more like you in the past than you are now... This is the monologue of someone who swallowed the feeling of wanting to say this and turned to the side of simply watching over you.

<Natsuko Solar Eclipse Profile>
Born May 8, 1991 in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture.
Started playing the piano at the age of 9 and writing songs at the age of 12. From the age of 17, she started full-scale music activities based in Morioka as "Nisshoku Natsuko". The meticulously crafted lyric world and composition techniques that sway the heartstrings have attracted attention, and have appeared in many large festivals. Released in 2021, "Anti-Freeze" was selected as a prize-winning work at the 14th CD Shop Awards 2022, and in recent years he has also written many new movie theme songs and commercial music. Nisshoku Natsuko's dense music that she creates one after another knows no bounds in creativity, and her musical ability and performance, including her unique composition style that expresses guitar, bass, and sometimes even percussion parts such as drums with a single piano, are outstanding. It goes beyond the imagination and framework of a piano-playing artist. Strength, weakness, sharpness, ephemeralness, the piano music that runs at full speed pierces the listener's heart and provides a unique musical experience.

Tokyo Psycho-Pass releases new song "Alola" and announces two-man live show with THE STARBEMS!

The craziest punk idol group, Tokyo Psycho-Pass, will release their 10th digital single, "Alola," on Tuesday, May 13th.
The lyrics and music were written by nao, drummer and vocalist of Kubifuri Dolls, for the second time.
"Alora" is named after the female name "Alora" which means "dreamer", and is a powerful rock song that is typical of the girls who live life in their own way. It is a song that is sure to get you singing along, saying "any color is fine" and highlighting the joy of music.
The music video will be released on Thursday, May 1st. This DIY music video was produced mainly by member Shiragozen and filmed on the members' own smartphones, condensing their experiences from when they first met to the present. Don't miss it!

Furthermore, on Friday, June 13th, a long-awaited two-man concert is scheduled to take place with THE STARBEMS, led by their close friend Hidaka Toru, who has written many of Tokyo Psycho-Pass' original songs.
Of course, Tokyo Psycho-Pass will also be performed with a band, making for a dream collaboration!

[Comment from Toru Hidaka]
I'm the type of band member who wants to wear the same clothes whenever possible, whether it's for a live performance or just for everyday use (my ideal artist is someone who wears what they want to wear, rather than having costumes prepared for them), so I think Tokyo Psycho-Pass is a true PUNX with a message, as they express their will and intent through their fashion, whether on stage or everyday, whether it's special or casual!
(Toru Hidaka/THE STARBEMS)

In 2023 they will make their global debut at an American festival, and in 2024 they will lose a member, so keep an eye on Tokyo Psycho-Pass as they get even more powerful!

Utsukubigokumon Doukoukai will be holding a Zepp tour in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka in the spring! They are also looking for band partners for the autumn tour!

Uchi-kubi-Gokumon-Doukoukai has announced that they will be holding a spring Zepp tour in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka, and are looking for band partners for their nationwide tour starting in September.
This tour will consist of two parts, each with a different purpose.
https://uchikubi.site/2025/
The first of these is the "Finally, the Band Co-Op Mystery Tour 2025."
As part of the "Finally a Band Battle" series held in 2018,
There will be a two-man live show with an artist with whom they have never performed together before.
Furthermore, this time the opposing band will not be revealed until the day of the show, making it a mystery.
A single kanji character hint will be provided for each performance on the special website, so try and guess.
Advance ticket sales have also begun.

The second event was the announcement of a new venture called "Let's finally try playing together tour."
This tour is organised through a public call for bands and artists who wish to play alongside Utsukubigokumon Doukoukai.
Only the dates and venues have been announced, so bands and artists who have not previously performed together but are interested should check the application conditions and deadlines on the special website.
Ticket and other performance details will be announced once the local joint performances have been decided, so please wait for further information.
