Umeda Hostel "MAMBO Inn" Opens December 23rd!!

LD&K Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo/Representative Director: Hidemasa Otani), which celebrates its 20th anniversary as a label and music office and operates four live houses nationwide, is the first in Japan with the concept of "a live house where you can stay overnight." The hostel "MAMBO Inn" integrated with the live house will open on December 23rd (Friday/holiday).
Due to the increase in the number of tourists visiting Japan and the increase in the number of days per person staying in Osaka, it is said that there will be a shortage of about 20,000 rooms in accommodation facilities in Osaka. A part of the live house "Umeda Shangri-la" was renovated with the aim of "creating an environment".

Prior to the renovation, crowdfunding "we fan" raised 1.5 million yen out of the 10 million yen interior construction cost, and raised about 1.7 million yen, which is the target of 112%, and attracted a great deal of attention.
Based on this case, we will continue to push forward with further artist support.

▽ History of the renovation
It is said that by 2020, there will be a shortage of approximately 20,000 rooms in the Kinki region due to the increase in the number of tourists visiting Japan and the length of stay per tourist.
Along with that, while accommodation fees are starting to rise, artists and bandmen who come to Osaka even though tour funds are not abundant
I often hear voices saying that the blow is by no means small.

Our company started the music business in 1995, with the motto "For Artist = creating an environment where they can face music with peace of mind".
Based on our philosophy, we have set up a "recording studio" so that we can flexibly create satisfactory sound sources for meetings and after live performances.
We have created a “cafe/bar” to make launches easier, and a “live house” to create an environment where live performances can be easily performed with good sound and lighting.
Even though it's minimal, I made it all by myself.

Entering 2016, in response to the above-mentioned voices due to the shortage of accommodation facilities in Osaka,
We planned this renovation to reduce the burden on musicians by "unifying the securing of accommodation and live bookings".

Umeda Shangri-La, Japan's first live house and hostel integrated renovation project started!

There is already a shortage of lodging facilities, and accommodation prices are starting to soar.
